These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the eOffice software and related website services. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. Nature of the Software

• eOffice is a privately developed software tool intended only to assist users with daily office work, calculations, data organisation and report preparation.
• This is not an official tool, service or communication channel of any department or organisation.
• Reports generated by the software are assistance documents. Users must verify calculations, source data and applicable rules before relying on any report.

2. Lawful Use

• The software must not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, unauthorised or harmful purpose.
• Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software and the data you upload is lawful and authorised.

3. Uploaded Data

• Your uploaded data will be used only for providing the requested software functions, calculations and reports.
• Your uploaded data will not be used for any other purpose than making reports and operating the requested features.
• Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive or confidential information and should maintain their own authorised backups where appropriate.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of uploaded data.

4. Account & Security

• Each user must keep the SDO Code, password and security-answer information confidential.
• You must not share account credentials with unauthorised persons.
• You must immediately report suspected unauthorised access or misuse.
• The account holder is responsible for activity performed through their account.

5. Reports & Decisions

• The software is an assistance and reporting system and does not replace professional review, applicable rules, approvals, statutory procedures or competent authority decisions.
• No report should be treated as final solely because it was generated by the software.

6. Availability & Changes

• Service availability, features, pricing and technical implementation may change from time to time.
• Maintenance, upgrades, hosting problems, network failures or other technical events may temporarily affect availability.
• Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Subscription & Access

• Trial and subscription access is subject to the plan and period assigned to the account.
• Access may be restricted or disabled for expiry, non-payment, misuse, security concerns or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• The software, interface, code, branding and original materials remain the property of their respective owners/licensors.
• Users may use the software only for the permitted purposes and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where legally permitted.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

• To the extent permitted by law, the service provider is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect source data, user decisions, misuse, unauthorised access caused by credential sharing, or reliance on an unverified report.
• Users should independently verify important financial, operational and compliance-related information.

10. Acceptance

By selecting “I have read and agree” during signup, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions and agree to use eOffice responsibly, lawfully and only for authorised work.
